Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) has continued to carry out its mandate to enhance the wealth of the Bumiputera community and all Malaysians. Despite an extremely difficult year that may have been defined by the most adverse market conditions, the Group has ever experienced we have continued to deliver consistent reasonable returns to our unitholders by successfully navigating through uncertain market conditions with robust strategies. We also advanced a range of initiatives to fortify the Group's sustainability, governance, and resilience.
As we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of our achievements, challenges and possibilities in FY2022, demonstrating our dedication to value creation, we are releasing our first Integrated Annual Report (IAR). The IAR symbolises PNB’s efforts to raising its reporting standards and transparency in accordance with global best practises.
